Built 1800 for eminent local cleric, Rev J T Becher https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rev._John_Thomas_Becher with later 19th century additions. Served as a school boarding house in the later part of the 20th century, converted to apartments in the early 21st century. Listed Grade II.
