Behind the rendered and painted front of The Flower Pot lies a 17th century timber framed cottage, to which is attached a 19th century brick shop to the left, collectively Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101307988-number-14-including-shop-to-left-shifnal#.X07K93lKjIU & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1307988 in 1984. The interior of the florist certainly shows much exposed timber framing; I haven't been in the adjoining shop since it was sold sweets when I was quite young in the 1970s, so I can't speak for the interior of that now.
