This is behind the tyre centre and is a tall narrow building with ten bays each side of a central loading bay with pediment and cupola. Cooper & Co opened Bideford's second collar factory in 1886 in New Street and purchased the old rope walk as a site for this factory. Following closure it was used as a furniture store and still carries the name Blackmore's Depository. It is a difficult building to do justice to photographically as it is hemmed in and the street in front is narrow.
