A private golf course located to the south of Birchgrove House. It was built in the mid 1990s by Larry Young, a Hong Kong entrepreneur, who had purchased the estate from the MacMillan family, for his own personal use. Part of the planning permission stipulated it was for private use only and was consequently used by Yung and his family with the odd charity day for outsiders. Yung lost interest in the course during the latter part of his tenure and it was reduced to 9 holes by the 2010s. The estate passed to James Hay in 2014 who has returned the course to its original 18 holes.
