3-storey classic, ground floor painted ashlar, 1st and 2nd harled. 4-window elevation to Boat Road, 5 window elevation to Bridge Street with former doorway framed in unfluted Greek doric columns in antis. Pend arch. 1833. Grade B listed. Listing number LB5624.
