We are commended in Pevsner's guide to note the "surprising feature of large, straight-headed three-light windows with curiously High Gothic tracery, - i.e. no specifically Decorated or Perpendicular motifs, but a development from the classic moment of Geometrical tracery". Two such windows can be seen here. Most of the church is later C14 but the chancel is late C12 as evidenced by the small single window.
