This photo is taken from the minor road from Graythwaite to Hawkshead, just above Eel House Bridge and below the woodland called Long Slack to the west. The woodland in the centre of the picture surrounds Out Dubs Tarn. Cunsey Beck can be seen in the foreground and the hills behind are the western edge of Claife Heights.
