Parish Boundary Marker set in the western bridge parapet of Bleacrag Bridge, River Winster. This was the boundary between Cartmel, Lancashire and Beetham, Westmorland, but now Upper Allithwaite and Witherslack. Inscribed (as recorded by Historic England) BLAYCRAG BRIDGE / RIVER WINSTER / LANCASHIRE WESTMORLAND / F 1816 B (and hidden below ground) / 88.6 59.6 / CARTMEL BEETHAM.
