Seen here early on a Monday morning, when it would be closed anyway, this pub had only reopened two days earlier following the lengthy closure forced by the Covid-19 lockdown. It is owned By Hook Norton, the Oxfordshire brewer, but at one time came close to demolition in order to make way for houses.
