Well Heads, Valley Gardens

In the area formerly known as Bogs Field [Valley Gardens] there are 36 different mineral springs in close proximity to each other. Just a few are still visible, whilst these two have had the well heads restored. One is a magnesia well and the other chalybeate. These stand a short distance from the former Royal Bath Hospital which used the waters for treatments.
