Land bounded by Finkle Street, Blanket Row, Castle Street and Queen Street is being redeveloped by the construction of two- and three-storey dwellings by Beal Homes. In the background are Hull Minster (formerly Holy Trinity Church) and Nos.82-83 Castle Street, formerly the Britannia Hotel.
