Today masks become compulsory in English shops- as demonstrated by these two models in a shop menders in West Street. Temperature 19C BBC Radio Five Live, 11am bulletin, first headline: more than half the population of England will be offered the flu jab this winter, including people over 50 and pupils in their first year at secondary school.
