Viewed from Clevedon Pier. A 2014 conversion of a Victorian Hotel site, previously derelict for many years. The South elevation (facing Clevedon Beach) and East elevation (facing Marine Parade) have closely retained the original Victorian architecture, whereas those areas facing the sea are seemingly liberated from heritage-based restrictions (producing, in this case, a rather jumbled arrangement). The termination of the wraparound Victorian-style facade is visible on the extreme right.
