The factory in the centre ground is the Montgomeryshire Natural Spring Water Co., owned since 1993 by Harry Tuffin. It shares the site by the A489 with one of Tuffin's four independent supermarkets. The gorse covers parts of the lower slopes of Todleth Hill.
