Currently in use as a small urban hotel, no 415 Hagley Road was originally built in 1902 to a design by the architect J L Ball, and attracted a Grade II listing https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101076353-415-hagley-road-b17-harborne-ward#.XxBcHihKjcs & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1076353 in 1981.
