Ridgeons, a long-established Cambridge builders’ merchant, vacated this large site and it is being redeveloped with 295 homes, including affordable housing, a nursery and community facility, open space, car parking and cycle parking. The project is joint venture between Cambridge City Council and Hill Investment Partnerships.
