The stone clad building is the department store itself; the black and white structure to the left is the associated multi-storey car park. At the time of writing, John Lewis like many retailers was announcing store closures as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, but the Leeds store that only opened in 2016 was not one of the stores slated for closure at this time.
