A main thoroughfare in the Berkeleys Business Park. I think it is name after the locomotive designer Harry Wainwright (1864-1925) who was the locomotive and carriage superintendent of the South Eastern and Chatham Railway. This assumption is based on the nearby Stanier Road and Gresley Road
