Until 2017 there was a branch of HSBC Bank on the corner of Chesterton Road and Trafalgar Road, near Mitchams Corner. The site is now being redeveloped as flats and houses - "restoring the past, enhancing the present, building the future". People who are probably not key workers are paid to write stuff like this.
