The old Craigdhu Road

Now called Chestnut Lane, this used to be the route of Craigdhu Road. Where the road disappears out of view it does a dogleg round to the right, to join up with the current Craigdhu Road at the roundabout Image The B8050 road was realigned to run directly from the roundabout to behind the photographer. Old Mains can be seen on the extreme left.
