This was taken on a bright Sunday morning in June 2004, using a Kodak EasyShare DX4530 camera. We had just put a deposit on one of the flats in this house, close to the centre of Torquay. The style of the house is typical of many in this area and we believe it was once used as a guest house although originally it was two dwellings. It is of historical interest, being a Grade II listed building.
