Newton is a small village in West Lothian. It lies on the A904 trunk road 2½ miles to the west of South Queensferry and the Forth Road Bridge and 6 to the east of Linlithgow. Because of its location, Newton has become a commuter village for those who travel daily into Edinburgh and Fife.
