This is a new looking house and although I think I can identify it on the aerial view it is not on Streetview. The launch is a modern replica of a c1890 gentleman's steam launch with a 4.2 horsepower single cylinder engine. It was formally commissioned in 2014. It would be very nice to see it under way on the local waters. Photographed from the public road outside the property.
