A remarkably warm day for mid-September and the University Parks https://www.parks.ox.ac.uk/ had attracted people wanting to eat lunch outside or simply wander around. This entrance is the one nearest Mesopotamia in the south-east corner. The view of the carefully tended flowerbed on the left is rather spoilt by the forest of posts, signs and a bollard in front of it. Excess street furniture can be found in the private domain as well as the public one.
