Whilst there are a fair few trees dotted about this field isn't as wooded as the map indicates. The field seems to be a bit of a dumping ground with piles of bricks and earth nearby too. This small pile caught my eye as contains three stone posts with finials on top, two of which can be seen in the picture. There is no evidence of anything other than an old quarry having been close by on all the old OS maps, so either was something unmapped here once or they have been transported a decent distance for whatever reason.
