This is West Allotment Pond which, along with nearby Silverlink Biodiversity Park, was declared a Local Nature Reserve in 2005. Occupying approximately 18 hectares in the centre of the Cobalt Business Park, the nature reserve holds significant biodiversity value, with a range of woodland, scrub and hedgerow, grassland and tall herb, wetland and exposed rock habitats.
