Pevsner says "MINERVA TERRACE, Nos. 71-81. Built c. 1853 for Trinity House, probably to the designs of William Foale. Stuccoed, three storeys with basement". The rather depressing appearance of this terrace on a dull day is enhanced by the fact that it houses both the Samaritans and Hull Victims Support.
