The Sunday Times of 05 April 2009 had an item reporting that this small church was for sale with an asking price of £75 000; the agent selling reckoning that a further, similar amount would be required to make the conversion to a dwelling. It clearly sold and the conversion was made. The Times also told that "The buyer will be bound by a condition of the sale not to disturb any human remains in the grounds. They must also promise "not to use the property for any immoral purpose". Assuming that public access to the graveyard is uninterrupted - we went in!
