Sycamore Close

Sycamore Close is so short that many street mapping applications cannot include the name. So it gets left off. And then there are problems finding it. The flowers here are Red Valerian, which I first photographed here: Image just up the road in 2014 Since then they have spread to many hedge fronts around the estate, and very bright and cheerful they look. I suppose this spreading behaviour makes it a weed, but I don't hold with the weed doctrine, and these are lovely.
