First Southampton 31924, a Dennis Arrow/East Lancs Pyoneer new to Capital Citybus (which later became part of FirstGroup), loads on Above Bar Street while working route 8A from Lordshill to Moorgreen Hospital. Capital Citybus bought 54 of the 73 Arrows built; at this time, First had concentrated most of the East Lancs bodied Arrows in Southampton. Part of Palmerston Park is visible behind the bus.
