Not all of Cambridgeshire is flat fenland: there are chalk hills east and south-east of Cambridge, and here on the Bedfordshire side of the county there are pleasant gentle undulations. This is a view into the valley of New Ditch, a tributary of Bourn Brook, from Church Lane on the approach to Kingston, taken on a sunny May morning.
