Not sure which is the correct name for the street as the submission map says avenue but the Maps page seems to say Close, though it isn't a closed road. The two houses in the middle have a plaque on the wall saying Sherwood Foresters and were built before World War 1 to house soldiers from that regiment. Thus this is one of the older parts of Mickleover.
