Dry on the surface at the moment after a dry spell of weather. Contrast with the same scene in February 2020 Image] An intermittent stream which flows along the chalk of the Yorkshire Wolds. Rising at Wharram it enters the North Sea at Bridlington. Bad fortune is said to follow when the Gypsey Race flows. There was serious flooding of Burton Fleming in 2012.
