Interior view with the Saxon chancel arch. The wall paintings visible are from the late 17th century overpainted in the early 18th century with the arms of Queen Anne. Subsequent restoration work has uncovered 15th century decorative work under these. The poor condition of the plaster in 1962 has resulted in the loss of some of the later work but exposed the earlier. https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6294566 . Listed Grade I.
