This is the clothing bin seen in Image It bears stickers saying "Clothing bank is full. Collections suspended during lockdown. Please do not fly tip. CCTV in operation". Well, perhaps the optimism I displayed in the other image is slightly misplaced, and the CCTV explains the lack of overspill. But I do not think so. There was CCTV at Christmas, and the pile of surplus stuff reached well out into the road.
