A replica (I believe) of the de Havilland DH 88 Comet registration G-ACSS. The original is in the Shuttleworth Collection in Bedfordshire. This hangs from the ceiling of the Galleria Shopping Centre at Comet Way,Hatfield. The original aircraft won the MacRobertson race in 1934 after being built at Hatfield.
