During the coronavirus pandemic crisis the rainbow has become a symbol of hope and support for NHS and care workers. This one brightened a cloudy spell on the morning of May Day. The house's Grade II listing begins "Cottage. Late C18 or early C19. Painted brick and rendered. Plain tile, shallow mansard roof. Two ridge stacks and gable end stack to west. One storey and attic".
