New student accommodation for the University of Lincoln, arranged as a series of self-contained four-storey townhouses, each with their own private staircase. The plan of the building resembles a comb, with each 'block' receiving an open-ended courtyard, accessible from the other side. Interestingly, the building is timber-framed, but sadly this cannot mitigate the severity of its near-dystopian drabness. In the foreground is the Morrisons car park... overall, a very dull scene.
