This mural is the most recent one of (to date) seven for a project started in April 2018 by the Norwich Business Improvement District (BID) with the aim of reviving the vacant and tired spaces in the city. The large-scale paintings follow the theme "City of Stories". The mural depicted here is titled "Marketplace of the Iceni" and depicts a number of medieval characters including the Queen of the Iceni, Boudica (bottom left). It was created by Joey La Meche.
