Rather less than half a mile from the Telford & Wrekin Council Waste facility Image (which, granted, is currently closed on account of the 2020 Coronavirus restrictions) but even so, just what is it that makes people think it's acceptable to load the car up with their cr*p, and just throw it out on a public highway?
