Every year the A38 road through North Petherton is closed to enable the Carnival procession to take place. This shows the view looking south towards Taunton, as the 2004 entry from the Aliens Carnival Club of Frome passes along the route. This float went on to take 13th place in the Feature class, which shows the strength of the competition! The 2005 procession will take place on Saturday 5th November.
