A man sitting on a window sill enjoying the sunshine and a couple heading towards Redwell Street are the only human beings about on this sunny spring day. The city's streets and lanes are usually teeming with tourists and shoppers, but with all pubs, restaurants and non-essential shops currently being closed due to the Coronavirus pandemic, most people are adhering to the lockdown rules and stay at home.
