The cemetery belonging to the Cambridge parishes of St Giles and St Peter (now combined into the parish of the Ascension) lies on the edge of the city off the Huntingdon Road and accessed by the narrow and secluded Image The chapel of All Souls, with its hexagonal bell turret and spirelet, was designed by William Milner Fawcett and opened in 1869. It is built of whole flints with stone dressings. It now serves as the workshop of the typographer Eric Marland. For the north side elevation see John Sutton's Image
