An interesting building ("perhaps the best Edwardian building in Worcester"), originally offices and warehousing for Kay & Co. Mail Order Stores. By J.W. Simpson & Maxwell Ayrton, 1907. Very fine lettering survives over the entrance (Image]). Grade II listed. Now flatted offices.
