Planning permission has been granted by Thanet District Council under application number F/TH/14/0525 for a “change of use and conversion of the public house to 4 2-bed apartments with external alterations to the building including balconies, a roof garden, alterations to windows and doors, and erection of a four storey rear extension following demolition of existing rear extension, together with waste storage area”.
