Looking towards the Eastgate Clock in Chester. Taken on my daily exercise walk during the COVID-19 pandemic there were some people in the city centre mainly congregating around the shops still open such as Boots, Tesco, Marks and Spencer, Wilko and W H Smith. There is a noticeable police patrol presence in order to stop people gathering in groups however most seem to adhering to the rules in the town centre.
