The Chapple chest tomb is listed and described at https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1161322 "by T Britton ... slate slab on brick plinth ...". Directly behind is a headstone to members of the Huxtable family, which I think is the one described in the same listing. These are in the churchyard of St Peter's church.
