After lying empty for 12 years, the old B&Q premises are scaffolded and shrouded. Taking place are "alterations and extensions to form 19 residential units with 10 car parking spaces and three garage spaces, and 663 square metres of retail or commercial floorspace" https://www.devonlive.com/news/devon-news/work-starts-breathe-new-key-1820319 . The junction is of Laburnum Row (left) with Tor Hill Road.
