The post office in Aberdeen Walk is dated 1909. It replaced the 1881 post office building in Huntriss Street - https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6427283. The building is Grade II listed - https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1382075. The architect was Walter Pott of the Office of Works. The post office closed on 8 May 2019.
