The Sol Mill is on the River Thames Path National Trail was once the site of an old mill. Through the garden flows the Mill Stream and Lulle Brook. They form a small island reached by a footbridge. Throughout the 1970s, 80s and beyond this was one of the most important recording studios in the UK. Originally, named The Mill Studio and then Sol Studios. Owners included Gus Dudgeon, Jimmy Page and Chris Rea. In recent years it reverted to being a house. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sol_Studios
